Safety & Responsibility
• Keep your valuables safe; the Club is not liable for loss or theft.
• Always follow staff and lifeguard instructions
Mandatory Check‑in
• Show your booking email or QR‑code on arrival.
1. Use of Stations
  • If you leave, place towels on your loungers or ask staff to close the umbrella; otherwise the spot may be reassigned.
  • Personal equipment (chairs, loungers, umbrellas) is not allowed.
2. Respect for Others
  • No shouting, loud music or noise; use headphones for personal listening.
  • Ball games / paddle bats only in designated areas.
3. Environment & Cleanliness
  • Use bins for rubbish and cigarette ends; the beach belongs to everyone.
  • Avoid glass containers on the sand.
4. Smoking
  • Allowed only in the external smoking areas and with respect for neighbours.
5. Children & Pets
  • Minors must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Pets are not permitted (municipal regulation).
6. Opening Hours
  • Daily, 09:00 – 19:00.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
     • 100 % refund ≥ 14 days before arrival.
     • 50 % refund ≤ 4 days before.
     • No refund after this window.
     • Refunds are made via the original payment method.
8. Rain Insurance
  • If the club closes for bad weather, the day not enjoyed will be refunded; the insurance premium itself is non‑refundable unless cancellation falls within the terms above.
